Users' names are displayed on achievements, which are unlocked after completing a book, quiz, or fun activities. Users can choose to share their achievements with the public or keep them private.

Users must be at least 13 years old to create an account on this website independently. For users under 13 years of age, accounts must be created by their parents or guardians, and usage of the website must occur under parental or guardian supervision. Parents should oversee the name their children use when creating a profile or sharing an achievement with the public.

How can parents access, change, or delete personal information about their kids?

At any time, parents can log into their Lumin Minds account to access the "Manage Profiles" section and delete/edit the profiles created by their children. Additionally, users can delete/edit their own profiles at any time.

How will we notify parents if our Children's Privacy Policy changes?

We may amend our Children's Privacy Policy at any time. When we do so, we will update the "last updated" date. We will notify parents of any material changes in how we intend to process children's personal information by emailing the address used to create the Lumin Minds account. We will only apply material changes to our Children's Privacy Policy when they comply with applicable laws, including any parental consent requirements.

Lumin Minds secures your personal information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure.
