Lumin Minds is committed to assisting its customers to the fullest extent possible and has implemented a generous refund policy. Under this policy:

Customers can initiate a refund within 30 days of purchasing Lumin Minds Premium by visiting the Payments page from the menu after logging in.

In case of any Refunds approved by the Lumin Minds, it'll take 6-8 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
